disconnect fails and get credited with a death and a disco

I've only flown a single fighter mission this tour and got a disco.

I did not get the "you will be placed back into flight shortly" even though I came back into the arena 30 seconds later and then noticed my single fighter sortie is credited as two.......one a death and the other a disco.
