Autopilot lock
« on: April 07, 2013, 09:55:01 AM »
ever go afk a min while on climbout and your in the tower when your controls spike?

with bombers you can switch to a gunner spot and not worry about autopilot disengaging.

with fighters there is no option to lock the autopilot to on mode.

could we have a key command to lock the autopilot on and the only way to disengage it is with a specific key press regardless of what the controls of the plane may do?
Fester was my in game name until September 2013

I'd like to have it as a toggle also.

The autopilot modes would engage as they do but you need to push X to disengage the autopilot.  Or have it be a selectable checkbox option for using x as an autopilot toggle on/off vs using a control input.
