What was changed in the Lancaster's flight model?

Lanc became significantly faster below ~14000ft.

Here's a practical comparison between old and new Lanc models:




Note while the old model at a practical service ceiling of ~27k, the new one can barely make it to 25 with a lot of effort. In fact, when I ended the test at 24.6 the climb rate had fallen to something like 40 ft/minute.
