I found if the pilot's sight was set to "default" then all the sights regardless mirrored the pilot.

Open the gunsight application. Scroll down to the Lancaster. Pilot positon "P" can select a gunsight. By default it is set to the default.bmp.

I had to change it to the same gunsight I was using in my turrets before they would show anything but "default.bmp" in each turret position. All bombers regardless of the pilot having an actual gunsight in front of him have a "P" position to which you can select a gunsight.

Look in the gunsight selection application at each bomber.

Not hijack, but when you join on someones Lancaster, or switch planes, the reticule is missing from the guns
