Have you not been reading the thread?

The only F6Fs that used the 20mm cannon operationally (-5N and -5P) are variants that aren't in the game, and the standard F6F was never equipped with 20mm cannon outside a handful of test machines.

The F4U-1C WAS used operationally.

ok then......... I will hope someone wishes for the F6f-5N  version be added with 20 mm option in the wishlist forum..... since it did serve and fly both day and night time missions  :D :D  :aok  :devil  :bolt:

I think you'd need some sort of mechanic in place for radar-equipped aircraft first, though. I don't want to see it in the game just for an excuse to slap 20mm cannon on the F6F.

Naw, that should be a mechanic set aside for patrol craft like the PBY/Sunderland/H8K.
