RIP Jonathan Winters
« on: April 12, 2013, 05:22:53 PM »

Nobody ever made me laugh as hard as you could.
You never knew what he was going to say or do, but you knew it was going to be funny.

My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

A true legend of Comedy.  I remember his show well and the influence he had on Robin Williams.

The world will smile a bit less.

At least he found the "big W".   Very funny guy.

To every man upon this earth, death cometh soon or late.
And how can man die better, than facing fearful odds.
For the ashes of his fathers and the temples of his Gods."

He will make 'em laugh in heaven.

The scene where he destroys the gas station in Its a Mad Mad Mad World is classic JW.

I love the part about him complaining about having to ride a girl's bicycle.

His interaction with Phil Silvers was epic.

so many epic moments
..tears of laughter as he escalated the moment,
never giving a moment to catch your breath.
