Our squadron tried it with the I-16s we upped in the last two frames. Alas, we went 0 for 20. Wasted passes that most likely resulted in more 88s going unscathed (what with the speed differential). P.S. We so looked forward to seeing the 111s. Unfortunately the fortunes of war weren't in the cards. (How's that for a mixed metaphor?)
