Logitech Extreme 3D Pro is thirty bucks and you can pick em up at WalMart.

  And that happens to be my favorite.  Good fit to the hand.  Enough buttons to map, but not so many that you get lost.

CH flightsick pro. Had it for 7 years and it was used when I got it I believe. Not sure of current cost but this stick will last.
