Silly question on getting started Skinning

Ladies and gents,

it has been a long time since I last made any attempt to skin, however with the addition of the HE-111 I am compelled to try again.

The problem is, I can not remember what the rules are concerning the new folder. I have created a new folder labled 'he111_1' and inside I have put the main skin map titles 'HE111' (Unchanged from when I copied it over) and I also have my .txt file containing the lable 'Grupel 5 Corpul 1 by Macleod01'. This file is labled 'He111_1'.

Thing is, it does not show up in the hanger. I have not altered anything in the main skin map, so maybe that is the problem, however I would have thought that a new lable would still show up.

Any suggestions to correct the no-doubt-silly mistake I am making?
