They look too long and sleek to be A5's. I would have guessed at D models but not sure

Am I seeing i right that the first plane had quad 20mm?

Looks like an 190A-6 7.7mm cowl machine guns and 4 Mg151 20mm cannon.

Yep the shape of the exhaust panels make them A6 or later.
