I agree with janjan - the first set looks like WWII era. The other sets look modern - modern era U.S.
I don't think you see tar and gravel roofs too much in WWII era Europe - is mostly red clay tile or some such. But generally darker as there isn't much summer heat load from what I understand.
Also I think old European cities tend to have more roads at odd angles which the first set models nicely. The rectilinear roads in the last two also say 50's-modern era U.S. city.
