It would be nice to be able to see enme CVs offline . Maybe to practice torpedo runs, bombing runs etc..

He wants to see them floating around on the map, which should be a BIG no. For offline, just fly towards the nearest enemy port, the CV won't be far off.

You can practice bombing runs on friendly CV's. You can tweak arena settings so that you can actually hurt and sink them (uncheck 'protect objects' under 'arena flags in arena settings), you can also change downtime get them back after a  few seconds.
If it really has to be an enemy CV (so that it will fire on you as you do your topredo run), you can also change any friendly CV to enemy at any time (options/arena setup/fields).
I suggest you load the Ozkansas map, as it has many ports that are airfields at the same time. Up your bombers from the base, get alt, change the CV to enemy and start your run.

Actually there's a map with an air field right above an enemy port. My be labled as Brooke or something.
