Back in the 90's one geek used up to 4 computers at the same time in my old school's computer room.

Technically speaking, to stop the abusers from staying too long just remove or disconnect the power outlets. Battery powered devices only last for so long.

I heard yarbles was "borrowing" coffee shop wifi from his flat but this is a whole new level.   Just needs his stick / throttle and a track ir clip!
