The truth of the matter is this , i was in the spit 8 ,i chased you and the la he ,you turned , i cut the turn you and the LA then started to fight  enabling me to catch up .Nothing wrong in that .

A clear case of "know your enemy" failure. At 12-13K a Spit8 is almost as fast as a Temp.

That stage between 7 and 11k always catches me out in the Tempest.

If you spend some time in a 262 flying around on deck you get a good appreciation of what can and cannot catch you in a dive.
