most of the trainers have posted in discussions in this area of the forums...and i'm sure one or more will reply to your post as well.

if you want to send someone a private message, find the person in a discussion, click on his/her name and that will bring up their forum public profile...at the bottom of their profile you will see an option to send the person a personal message.

Hi would like to get some help with merging and energy tactics. I am on around 7 at night , looking for someone for training any help at all would be welcome. Thanks, Leonard

Leonard, one thing to remember is this is truly a global game so it is helpful to let us know what time zone you're in.
Stop by the TA when you are on. I know Morfiend is usually on around 7:00 pm pdt. Other trainers are on at different times.

Sorry , your right. I live in the US, I am on eastern time.
