Under the Dome

Like most SK stories I liked the book until the end. Hes great at character development but seems to be clueless at wrapping it up without falling back on something magical to make it easy on himself. This tv series is horrendous. Low budget effects, actors, writers. My guess is King has too much to do with this show and Im waiting to see what character his ego makes him want to be in it. Sucks.

I thought the pilot had some promise. I am underwhelmed by the second episode. The bit about the "secret" stash and all is overdone without any indication what the "conspiracy" was about. Actors could be better. I'm afraid it's going to devolve into too much soap opera and not enough real action or sci fi.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."
