U ALL: I would like to build my own , which I did twice but the candles on the cake, too many I'm thinking  New egg Item#: N82E16883229406 might be the way to go? Sure would appreciate Ur in put on this unit or suggest something else? Need this for AH plus general computer stuff for about 3/4 yrs? I also like X-Plane, am retired pilot of sorts?

Looks pretty good. Personally I don't like AMD processors. There is an issue that seems to be hit or miss when it comes to playing the game. I have always run Intel and never had an issue.

Never buy a off the shelf Cyberpower pc..The standard Power Supply is known to fry components..I ordered from Cyberpower directly back in OCT and i am a senior member on there forum.I went with a corsair PSU in mine.Trust me i have seen hundreds of issues of the standard PSU frying components in pc in the first year..I recently built my own PC and gave my Cyberpower one to my parents..If you want a Cyberpower one get from there website directly..And never get there standard PSU or there Corsair or major brand selection ram..Cause they use the cheapest stuff they have laying around..Always pick a brand name psu like Corsair and brand name memory like Corsair vengence or GSkill ripjaws..Go on there forums and ask anyone about the standard PSUs cyberpower uses..

very good advice. i would add change out the drive too...or add a better drive of smaller capacity as the primary drive.

Some of the the Corsair "AX" and "TX" range power supply units (PSUs) are manufactured for Corsair by SeaSonic.  

Personally, I'd go with main system RAM from one of these:  Corsair, Mushkin, Kingston, Crucial, Patriot.  (The "gskill" brand is the house brand over at Newegg, and I don't know the OEM.)

By all reports, the NVidia GTX 770 (retail around $400) card runs pretty well.  According to Tom's Hardware it is "...basically a GeForce GTX 680 with higher clock rates, improved cooling, and a lower price tag..."  Although to be honest, I am content with my AMD 7950 (retail around $300).

Bino, gskill fairly recently switched to samsung chips just like Corsair and Patriot did, makes it more reliable than it used to be. some bench tests have shown it to be faster than Kingston, Team and Mushkin...but that can change from one part number to the next.

And i would go with a 7950 gpu also..My two 7950s at 1200/1600 will own a 7990,690 and a titan for $640...

I have an off the shelf Power supply in my 19 month old Cyberpower Pc  .The only problem I have had is the hd failed it was fixed  in a good manner and was in and out of shop in 4 days!   I plan on going to an up graded modular power supply in near future  basically just to tweak the machine, I have already up graded the video card to a 7950 3gb and am happy with the results.
 I am very happy with Cyberpower sales and service and would recommend there product.  I would suggest by what you can afford now and upgrade as time goes by.

You are one of the lucky ones in regards to a off the shelf PSU..I know guys who 3 days out of there year warranty and there psu fried there mobo and cpu...You should really change that PSU asap..Other then that if you just select all your components from there website its the same price and you get better components..
