After dropping a box of supplies in the back of the hangar, their claustrophobia became too much for them:

The snipers gotta have their supplies too.  ;)

Funny to see supplies on the roof, yes; if you can still use them, no biggie. If you can get them up there consistently, perhaps it might be a bug that should be fixed.
