Walther P38, PP, PPK or Browning Hi-Power were the most common pistols to be carried by German pilots as far as I've ever been able to find.
The Browning Hi-Power P35 was not common in comparison to the Walther P38, or even the Luger for that matter.

From what I have read most of them went to SS units, police, and other non-Wehrmacht units. Various sources give various details on the matter.
I do know that the Wehrmacht and Luftwaffe issued the P38 and PPK to the bulk of their officers with the PPK going to the rank of Oberstleutnant (Lt Col.) and above. There were some fringe models issued (Astra, Steyr, and Mauser mostly), but in limited numbers. The P38 was issued to members of crew served weapons in many cases such as a machine gunner, Panzershreck, etc.
