There isn't a commander's position on the Jagdpanzers.  Commander positions are only available to turreted vehicles.  We just put the drivers position up top to so you could have a good viewing position.  It works the same on the M3 with the 75mm.

You might want to consider adding one, since real turretless AFVs had commanders hatches, which functioned similarly to those on turreted AFVs.  (Meaning that the TC can stick his head out, look around with binoculars, etc.).  WRT to the UI graphical element of the circle with the ammo count, etc. that information should I think be equally available on any GV, via intercom information, etc.

oh come on, you haven't figured out the new system yet? it's easy...
If I am missing something please tell me what it is. All I know is I press the W key and the tank just sits there and after 5 or 10 seconds then it will start to move. I can't creep forward like the old and correct standard transmission. The old transmission took off like a 68 Ford Mustang as soon as you pushed the key pad. If you can tell me something I am not doing I would be most grateful. My playing time has been cut by way more than half since this transmission came along and I now fly more than GV.

"Shift W" for full steam ahead, "Shift S" to come to a complete stop. "W" to slowly get up to speed and make adjustments, "S" to slow it down. When you get to a nice rpm range use S to slow it down when going up hill to keep it from shifting to the next gear.

Yep I know all this but the GV still will not respond like the old tansmission we had. The old one took off as soon as you pushed the key pad and you could creep forward with good control. Also the tank didn't stop dead on a hill you were trying to clime. Put the old transmission in the hangar as an option in the GVs and I will shut up about it.

R 105,

I am not sure what is going on for you, but I don't have any delay in acceleration when I press W or S.
