It all depends how you want to measure it. Falcon 4 was released in 98, still actively played today. Series started in 84.

Rfactor started 13 years ago.

Iracing was 2008 I think, but if you want to compare CK/WB include N2003, GPL and indy 500 it comes back to 89.

The legend of Zelda 86. :old:

Let's face it, AH is likely the ultimate survivor as far as MMO's go. It's the oldest game I can think of that is still being not only supported, but actively developed by a non-player entity. and to top it off, it has a stable, if not particularly large, core following that will support it until one of the two dies.

You started this thread and it was obviously about your want and desire in spite of your use of 'we' and Google.

I still have a working pong game from the later 70's and a NES 2600 that still works with the controllers and about a half dozen games.

Grizzy, I said that too earlier in the thread.  Based on numbers of players still active, I think SC and SC Brood war, along with possibly Counter Strike are the longest lived online games, both being nearly 15 years old now, and having tens of thousands of players daily.  Based on that criteria of numbers being part of how "longest lived" is defined, EVE online is getting up there in terms of a longevity/players ratio.

Find something good to watch on TV has been a video game thats been around as long as TV.
I have over 600 channels and often find I still cant win at it
