strange thing happening to my channel settings

couple times now when i log in all my radio channels are back to default or there set on "all" but i can still hear my squad vox. sometimes it takes a few relogs to get it back to the way i have them set. and o ya ...i have a green backround on this page now...did u all change it ? and if so can i change it back ?

Sounds like maybe your game folder or some of the sub-folders and files got marked as "read only" and the game cannot update the files it needs to.

Security programs can do this.  Nasty programs messing with file settings they have no business messing with.  Malware/Spyware can cause it to, in an effort to gain passwords and login information.  There are also viruses that do this.

It is always done by programs outside of the game and Windows.  Norton and McAfee are the worst about it.
