Been noticing this for some time now but decided to post this when I noticed on my film. Firstly it can be seen when you are on the flight deck and you see other planes either spawning over the sea or landing over the sea on the deck height but there is no deck there. The misplacement can be from a few yards to a few hundred yards.
It's a cosmetic fault nothing big as it does not seem to effect the take off and landing as the deck is always there where you see it. I take the enemy CV is also really there where it shows if you drop a bomb on it?
