VoX problem for a squaddie

I have a squaddie that seems to be having a Vox problem, Everytime he changes his Vox channel and talk on the channel he cant do anything else on his keyboard. I think it is freezing his keyboard, he cant open bay doors put gear down none of that unless he leaves the channel where it is. Im not exactly sure what the problem is I have tried the whole "H" key thing and I assume that's not fixing the problem for him from what he says unless he is just doing something wrong. Any ideas what this could be?

Nevermind think I just figured it out should be fixed now.

What was it? Not just curious, it might help someone else someday.

Had him walk me through the problem, and come to find out after he changed the VoX channel he was leaving the text bar open, where all the channels are and where you text, so once he changed the channel number for the VoX he closed the text bar out and poof no more problems. I was unaware that he was leaving it open till we walked through what he was doing. So it was a easy fix luckily not as big a deal as I feared it was.
