Allow all craft for their respected counties but perk them according to when they entered service, say 1 perk cost per month or such starting jan. 1941

 The early war craft are free so you'll see alot more of them and the latter war rides are there but will cost you if you want to fly em

also is an incentive to keep coming back

I would like this idea. Currently at CT the 109G-2 is disabled because it is so late in the war

I bet that some were still in use at that time, but maybe not in this particular scenario.
