Although in a different dialect than I can remember being on bish, I think he said this:

I really have no issues playing bait for my beloved armchair generals. I shall forever pad their scores by slamming my plane into a hangar and/or take down a field gun whilst the generals and their squadron hang 20k above and behind the horde waiting for field to be prepped for an easy vulch.

That's called conservationism, and usually comes at a later age  :old:

Not always  And the word you meant is conservatism, assuming you meant the political meaning and not saving trees.

I fail to see the link between some TV channels and the wish for things to change in AH tho, especially for people like me that live in France and (thank god) are not fed with the mainstream news channel from the US.  :D

I don't.
Is French communist/socialist news better programming? The chicks are wearing less, right?

Despite my relatively young age I've been lucky to see the 5 continents and visited numerous countries, did you?

EDIT: I'm a liberal  :rofl  :rofl

That I would have guessed... with all the tolerance you must have, by your own admitted affiliation, maybe you could be more tolerant of gvs?

What I have not seen mentioned here is an explanation to Fuzion/kazaaa/tomcruise, that:

The reason the Bish use the 38L is because of the ord it carries drops hangars. One guy per each hangar and they've got the base flat with all of 7 guys, a couple guys playing 2nd ticket to those who miss a little. The other 5-10 guys are there to WF the town and do so simultaneously. If you watch carefully a few of them always hold their ord, sometimes bombs if there is a spawn close, and a few of them always hold their rockets for resupping m3's. Also, the 38 gives them the ability to zoom back a lot of their lost potential and thus allow to bnz any cons that got up.  That's pretty much the anatomy of a larger Bish 38 raid. However, sometimes they take down only the vh and deack the field in order to vulch...

If they can manage, they figure out another way and another plane to do it in if HT changes the ENY. Next it will 1-D's, J's, typhoons...

Having been caught several times defending a base when these raids come on the Rooks, I can tell you the Vox might have one complaint but most find it a real challenge to defend.  It is always exciting.  The auger'ing 38s thins them out pretty quick.

I see no problem here at all

I find them fun these days. I just mentioned this in another thread, but at least they don't run away. I was in the DA yesterday because NDIsles was up in the LW and in a 20 min span two guys engaged me, when they lost angles they ran away in faster planes - all the way back to their base.

Yes they can be difficult to defend if you don't get up early enough, but usually there is enough time to reach a decent altitude and come in from another base.

Horders stick together in-game and on bbs. Cute.  :lol

Horders?  Perhaps you didn't notice my squad affiliation? I may join a mission from time to time but I'm hardly what you'd call a "Horder".  I too have been around AW and AH since 1995 and I just happen to have friends on all sides and yes, GHI has been a friend for a number of years.  I've been here and seen that and have the T-shirt to prove that "Hordes" come in all sizes and countries and you can see it on any given day by any country.  I stand by my statement that you should worry more about having fun than worrying about how to stop others from having their fun.  Just how long you been flying here anyways?

should I cry or laugh? Of course younger people are full of energy and want things to change, I guess your flame has gone extinct and you don't want things to change. That's called conservationism, and usually comes at a later age  :old:

Well I would probably laugh as I am now.  Well my flame is still burning as I embrace change when it has a positive effect.  I've pretty much always been conservative and yes I am old.  I only responded about the TV channels as we didn't have but a few when I was young and we rarely spent time watching them but it was not I who brought them up but GHI, and I responded to his post and not yours.  You are a recipient of the good will of my relatives and countrymen, you folks in France should be thanking George Marshall or you wouldn't have had what you now enjoy, but that is for another thread in another message area.  To answer your question about seeing 5 continents and visited numerous countries... No, I've only visited 5 foreign countries while serving in the military.  I fail to see the link between you being a liberal and your griefing about folks playing AH, who like to GV?  I fail to see the link in just about all you've posted, I fail to see the link of how AH will benefit if your grief was acted upon and they disabled GVing, and I really fail to see the link of what it has to do with the ENY of the P38L.  Perhaps you should clarify just what in fact your point is!  Why are you being such a Hater all of the sudden as I've flown with you in the past and you just didn't strike me as a person so full of venom then?

All the Best...

    Jay

PS.. Yeppers... I'm a conservative and I enjoy working for what I have.

hey while being a bit provocative to get attention  my posts about gvs are not insulting to anyone (maybe with the exception of that illiterate hordlet). I gave my opinion about the P38 eny a couple pages ago, its you that brought me back here by questioning my education.

Sorry to come across as hater but it's the love for this game that pushes me to share my thoughts about its shortcomings and to be heard these days you'd better make some massive noise! I'm on a PR campaign rampage :)

Ok that sounds pretty good SirNuke!  I wasn't wanting to get into a P***ing contest with ya.  Yes the game has shortcommings but it's come a long ways.  It's the clientele that has gone down hill and not the game!  I do like to both fly and GV and it really depends on how tired I am after working 12-14 hours.  With those that are fortunate enough to have jobs, we have seen our work load increase as companies aren't hiring replacements and expecting those left behind to carry the load.  I had NOT questioned your education at all.  I really don't know about it or care as we are all here to do nothing more than have fun or release the stress of our real world lives.  I really don't want to discuss world events, politics, or social enlightenment's. I'm going to carry forth with the thought that you are just interested in improving the game and disregard everything else.  We all have bad days.  Heck, I've just completed 12 twelve hour days and will have just a day off until I go back and do it again.  Life is too short to grief about a game bro!  :salute

I think the real problem here is the bishops as a whole. As of late, I've notices several of them becoming more and more... tardish for lack of a better word. The 38 raids contribute to this but as long as they are just ruining the rep of a single plane, I couldn't care less (I don't fly 38s anyway). I'm not going to say names but if you've fought against them you know who I'm talking about.

It's gotten to the point now that the only way to fix it is to remove every bish from the game (they can find another game to tard up) and start over.

I think y'all should fly Bishop for at least a few weeks before handing out judgements. I did, and though I agree Bish tends to have the most dweebs...Knits and Rooks have their fair share as well.

the game is concentrated on combat, not on shaking the screen.

That's mean. Not all bishops are hoarders. We all have seen knight and rook hoard missions before. Lately I've seen them a lot more than normal. But I do agree that Bishops are known more for it. Just like Rooks for being astronauts and Knights for ack running *cough*.

Anyways, I think that missions are a nice thing to have. But having too many in a mission is overkill.

For the record. While I do sometimes assist in a base take, I rarely join missions anymore. Due to the fact my computer can't hand "de hoard lagz".    But to say that only one side is hoarding or doing some 'cheap tactic'.. well, that's plain ignorance.
