Getting Perks and experience reinstated

I had to drop out for a few weeks because of hardware and software problems.  After a game upload about a month ago every time I tried to sign into the game, my system crashed.  The problem is fixed and I'm back in the game but is it possible to at least get my perks back?

I might be wrong about this, but was there not an update some time ago that allowed one to keep their perks even in the event of a cancelled subscription?  I came back to the game using my regular name, and voila, I still had perks when I expected to have none.  At least, that's what I recollect.

Didn't work for everyone or there may of been an issue, I had to email Skuzzy, so I would recommend the same to the OP.

You cannot keep your perks once your subscription is canceled. If you want to keep your perks, pay $15 a month and you won't lose them.

/Canceled so many times then ended up resubscribing a few months later, I wish I could get an idea how many perks I lost.

I wish there was a way to bet perks in the game.   

That would make things more interesting.

Thanks guys, I wrote to Skuzzy and I'll see what happens.  And yes, I've been playing off and on since 2000 and I've dropped a lot of perks over the years....
