yeah Bailey been busy here to with freezups, I had 3 on saturday and 1 on sunday.  Do you have wells or city water?  all of the freeze ups I went to the pipe from well to pressure tank was frozen about 10 feet before the tank.  We  made a steamer for that, which is a steel gas can with a piece of pipe 4 inch pipe welded to the bottom of it and a hole for a torch cut into it.  a long 3/8 plastic hose is connected at the cap which we run into the frozen pipe.  the water boils creates steam and forces it out the plastic hose.  works amazing  :rock :aok
Most of mine are in newer construction homes.....you know the ones built by the lowest bidder  :D

Actually colder here in PA than originally predicted.....with the windchill -25degrees in my area. My kids schools are closed.

Lol, I feel for you guys. It was rather unpleasant all day yesterday, didn't break 70 and I had to wear a light sweatshirt most of the day. Snowbird golfers must have been po'd.

I actually really miss the weather in Colorado, I don't get to spend much time up in N or E AZ, so I haven't actually had a winter in about 10 years. I can't remember the last time I saw snow and I used to race for my university. Ahhh adulthood...

Anyhow, not trying to rub it in, it's quite possible we could have 100degree days in 6 weeks here, I've seen it before in late Feb. Ebb and flow.

Stay warm, be prepared.

-10 this morning just north of Pittsburgh! My Malibu was so cold that the heater would not even work, so needless to say, I had to drive to the doctors and to work with no heat!!!

Leather that has been chilled to -10F is freaking Miserable!!!

With wind chill it's between -30 and -40F. We even put a ground delay on all of our training flights at work.

What tops it off is going to be the 42 degree change in temp between now and tomorrow. And by this weekend we will be in the 50's!

Left Cleveland this morning and it was -13.  Arrived in Grand Rapids, MI at 2:30 this afternoon to a blizzard at 7 degrees.  Wind off the lake is 30+ or so.  Lovin it!!
