For the 190A Eastern Front Fans
« on: September 08, 2013, 12:26:46 AM »
In the spirit of WideWing's sharing of some stuff, I figured I would do the same. I've got about 400 Osprey pdf's, about half of which are WW2 aviation.  If there is a book you want, ask me and I probably have it.

This is one of my favorites, The 190 Aces of the Eastern Front.

I don't know what's going on when you try to download.... Most folks, who don't have an account with mediafire, have to sit through an ad.... After that, you should be able to download. Perhaps it is your PDF software.

Consider going to scribd.com and registering.

You can download any document. Do a search for whatever topic you want. Find the document you want and download it. Note that there is a limited number of downloads on a free account. However, it's $4 a month for an annual membership, or $9 for one month. You'll find that you will never get a better value for your money than with scribd.com.

My regards,

I would never pay for something one should consider an illegal book sharing website.

You should do some research about scribd.com before drawing conclusions. From their Terms of Use:

"5. Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Please note that since we respect authors’ and content holders’ rights, it is Scribd’s policy to respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”).  For more information, please go to Scribd’s DMCA Notification Guidelines. Please note that Scribd will promptly terminate without notice any User’s access to the Scribd Platform if that User is determined by Scribd to be a “repeat infringer”.  A repeat infringer is a User who has been notified by Scribd of infringing activity violations more than twice as a result of DMCA takedown notices or other similar copyright notices."

Where a document is uploaded without permissions, the individual who uploaded it will be informed to remove it. Similar to YouTube. Many documents are pay for only, and many others read only. The site is endorsed by Random House publishers and the NY Times.
