not if you don't want to be tied down to a specific carrier for x number of years or if you want to have a phone that is unlocked...

Another reason I don;t think it will catch on is corporations.  Most smart phones are given out by corporations to employees.  Those phones need to be standard and not unlocked.  I am not saying they will not sell any.  I just don;t think they will take over.

If they go on sale I will be in the line.   So yes they will sell one
