Control of Carrier Groups
« on: October 19, 2013, 10:10:34 PM »
More and more people take control of a carrier Group then go fly the other side of the map. My suggestion is to have their control automatically release if they get a certain distance away. 10K, Radar ring, 5 miles, something.

If we have something to show we will & do post shots, if we have nothing new to show we don't.

I have taken control of cv's from the other side of the map because some dweeb insisted on sending it to the wrong location.  I was asked by my squadies who were there to take control.

this wish is a double edged sword.

I thought you meant like DRIVE or STEER the CV from the bridge...

So ability to fine tune steer CVs when near an enemy costal base or to avoid falling bombs!

+1 for steerable CVs!!!

Oh, and to make F4u dweebs crash when on final approach! LoL
Maybe have pilots on final be able to 'lock' the CVs controls when taking off or landing when close, have it automatic?
Confused me self now... : P

i'm pretty sure there's a ranking system.. get yourself a better rank, take control and move it the way you like.

but that's too simple.
