This Jagdpanther was part of s.H.Pz.Jg.Abt 654 (654th Heavy Antitank Battalion) who fought the Western Allies from late in the Normandy campaign and on into 1945. It was captured by Allied forces during the battle for the Ruhr valley in March 1945.
