Yet I bet you think nothing of jumping in a car and making head on passes with people you don't know at closing speeds over 100mph  (you know, just driving down the highway).   :devil

Spectacular video, great that everyone got out OK. Not sure if one or other of the pilots certificates will survive though. Sloppy formation flying. I've flown formation while dropping skydivers and there's certain criteria which much be followed particularly where the trail loses sight of the lead. Clearly that happened in this case. What's not clear from the video is which one was the lead. I suspect it was the surviving aircraft but time will tell.

One thing for sure, the NTSB has plenty of video evidence. Everytime I fly there are at least three GoPros on board. I always say that if we go down the accident investigators will have no trouble figuring out what happened.
