1./JG 400 Me163
« on: December 10, 2013, 05:21:42 PM »
Hartmut Ryll, 1./JG 400, Brandis, Deutschland, 16. August 1944

Not sure why my photos are coming out blurry, they don't look like that before I upload them.

Problem :

I can't seem to figure out why that black hole is right there. I have color every inch of this A/C but still it is a black hole. Does anyone know why?

That's a window. Is it black from every angle?

Looks like you painted over the cockpit texture on the bitmap with black. Therefore, all you see through the window is pure black on the inside. Try looking at the stock bitmap and see if you happened to cover it by mistake.

I just checked, I didn't color anything black. At all.  :cry

This is frustrating.

That's definitely the location of a window tho. Roughly a quarter circle shape.

I think I see where it is located but what should I do with it? Leave it blank?

The Me 163 is an AH1 era skin and there are lots of quirks to those. I'd guess the windows are hard coded into the skin.

perhaps your black window is related to the entire cockpit looking solid black from outside the plane??  :headscratch:  good looking skin though
The real problem is anyone should feel like they can come to this forum and make a wish without being treated in a derogatory manner.  The only discussion should be centered around whether it would work, or how it would work and so on always in a respectful manner.
