Sad news indeed. Having said that, he made possibly the worst sequel in history, 'Billy Jack Goes To Washington'. It was supposed to be a retelling of 'Mr. Smith Goes To Washington' but it was even worse on film than it was on blotter.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

I'm goona take this foot and place it on that side of your face, and you know what? There's not a thing you can do about it! :devil

Ya his movies were pretty cheesy, the acting even worse but Mr Laughlin actually knew his stuff!  He was trained by a Korean Master and did all the fight scenes.

Billy Jack goes to Washinton was almost as bad as the last gunfighter, both tied for the title of no need to see..... :devil    But as a kid I must confess to having watched every one of his later movies,he had a small career as a B actor in the mid 50's and I even saw a couple of those.

   Mr Laughlin....

I didn't say you weren't there. I'm wondering why you bothered reading
the credits if you didn't like the movie one bit. He was never a big name.
