2 weeker question

So after a few months hiatus for school I'm coming back to the game on January 3....
I was on the website earlier this month and someone else had my name, but only flew about 20 sorties, scoring no kills (and this was at the beginning of the month)...
Will the name become available at the start of the new tour if the person was only a 2 weeker???

2 week game ids do expire after a set amount of time of not being used. I have forgotten the exact amount of time and can not look at the moment.
