That's why I stick to IE9 on my Win7 machines to avoid some troubles (and I rarely use the IE).
Now M$'s own bad decisions from the 1990s backfire on them, forcing them to use ugly workarounds. They should have sticked to Internet standards from the get-go instead of using their own obfuscating standards, still causing lots of headaches for website programmers and admins.
All this and a hell lot of security issues originate in the dumb idea to merge the local file managment program (the explorer) with an internet browser.
