That is AWESOME!  :O

It would have been great if we has seasonal variations to the current maps in the MA. Is it simply a matter of replacing the textures? can a "summer" map be easily converted to an autumn map?

Yes, and it's within the rules for an MA terrain.  It's just no one has done it....yet. :)
