I'm very happy with it too. I might buy an extra as backup.
I'm surprised by how many guys don't use the hat switch in connection with look up/ look down buttons to get all the 45° views in between the 90°s the hat gives.
HOTAS tip: I found the throttle travel to be too long so I set zero throttle at the mid point detent.
