If the map provdes it, yes.

For example the TA map (AHTA08) has airstarts at the upper right fields (bombing practice area)

On the maps that would support air start. Look on the grids for little keypad icons that will have an indication of the field you'd have to launch from to air start at that spot. I couldn't tell ya which ones exactly. The Germany maps consistently do as they're used for social events.
