The only moisture possible is from the ambient air, as it is only moving ambient air.  It has a filter on the intake to remove particles so the air is just cleaned up ambient air.  It does warm the air, slightly, as the air is also used to cool the motor while it operates.

A lot less chance of moisture in this blower, than from compressed, canned air.

I take the precaution of taping down the case/CPU/GPU fans to prevent them from rotating as that generates current, which is not a good thing.

You are welcome.  I have found a few good uses for this little blower.

Blow the dust out from the refrigerator coils.  Blow leaves out of crevices in the house (especially around the upstairs patio).  Dry off engine parts coming out of the cleaning vat.

The blower is built like a tank.
