Disco Reconnect feature

4mins58 and I was given a disco and not plane to hop into.
I thought we got 5 mins to get back in game?

Not all the arenas have it enabled.  What arena were you in?

Did you get a message when you reconnected?  If not, that usually means there were not more open slots available.  Usually.

In that case, it means a mass disco might have happened.

I'll look into it.  Not sure what might have caused it.

Could it be that the time for the game on my Front End to realise it's disconnected and then boot me does not go into the server timing the 5mins?

All the time happens on the server side.  Once the server sees you disco, it puts in a dummy pilot, and starts the timer.

What causes it to crash sometimes? The last few times it has happened to me my dummy pilot crashed me, and I was in stable flight, not near the deck.
