Good answer.  Slim Pickens (the "1941" accent is a piece of cake, especially with the mispronunciations).  Personally, I'd prefer my Sam Kennison immitaion for the briefing officer.

I can help you out.  R/L ATC, and have served as an announcer at military ceremonies for events from Company to Post level.  Not many accents other than American.

I can also confirm Audacity is a good program. I use it for all of my commentaries in my videos. I love that it has a noise removal feature to get rid of background noise and white noise.
