HAHAHA.  I watched that car drag race at the Bitburg races last summer.  If it wasn't this exact car, then it was just like it.  Actually, the hanger behind in the photo looks like this may have been taken at Bitburg.

Oh dear lawd, I'd live a pair of those slippers! Almost makes me want to learn to crochet again! My great aunt taught me and my brother when we were 8 or 9 years old, and I haven't done it since then, over 30 years... but LOL I'd pick it back up just to make some of those!!!
