I was wondering if he benched 205kg or cleaned 205kg.

  I was wondering the same thing myself!  Usually it's a squat lift and you must lock your knees and hold it till the lights come on for a good lift.


  It's a very impressive amount of weight not matter how it's lifted!

His first bench was 205, then 212.5 and finally 215kg. I think his world title lift was around 227 three years ago and was beaten by 1/2 kilo last year, so he wants it back
