Failure to launch AH

Have re-DLed AH many times as I had computer issues, but everytime I try and open it, I get a pop-up that says aceshigh.exe has stopped working.

Ran a dx-diag and sent it to skuzzy yesterday.

Any ideas?

Just heard back from Skuzzy

Native video card driver not installed
Native sound card driver not installed
Mother board drivers not installed


So....how does one reinstall these drivers?

Depends on what is in the computer.  Is it an OEM computer (i.e. Dell, HP...)?  Custom made?  Home built?

HP support site: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/drivers.html. Use the product number for exact results, the product name usually gives a gazillion alternatives.

Be sure to install the motherboard drivers first!
