It's aliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiive!!!!!!!! Part Deux
« on: April 16, 2014, 08:29:34 PM »
After nearly two decades without a flying Mosquito, a second Mossie is now only days away from heading back to the skies.

Vid of VR796's first engine run in Victoria, B.C.:

(Sadly, the vid freeze-frames the props, makes everything look a touch cartoony, but oooo that soundtrack.)
... missions were to be met by the commitment of alerted swarms of fighters, composed of Me 109's and Fw 190's, that were strategically based to protect industrial installations. The inferior capabilities of these fighters against the Mosquitoes made this a hopeless and uneconomical effort. 1.JD KTB

Very good news.
Petals floating by,

Bomber mossie  :x   :rock
Mosquito VI - twice the spitfire, four times the ENY.
