Having weird vox problems

1. When I get in game on certain maps I get a weird stutter when I try to talk on vox . After the stutter the game the diables advanced graphics then "Host connection Lost"

2. I do not have any custom sounds .. so thats out of the question.

are you still using the same head set  with those "weird" morph voices? then it's well deserved :).

mine started doing the same thing and got rid of it.

The game only does what you describe when it is struggling to get resources.  In your case, it could be you have the game settings set too high.  Your video card only has 1GB of video RAM available.  It is quite easy to configure the game to require more than 1GB of video RAM.

If you are running with anti-aliasing and large shadow textures, with environment mapping enabled, the game will easily need 3GB of dedicated video RAM.

OK so using the 2 in SLI is no advantage?  I am running triple monitors. When I get home this weekend I will turn some things down and see if that works. If not then I will be buying 2 new video cards.

Semp I got rid of that headset and opted for a real sound card and headset.
