I don't know the name of it but the one being used right now as I type this.

Please move the vehicle bases closer to the tank towns in that valley so more tankers will show up for a rumble. Right now it is nothing more than a well designed ghost town.

I go there for HE target practice and to get some solitude and alone time. Occasionally I'll hear the faint drone of distant aircraft engines, but that's it.

I don't think they can. The tank town is in a valley well below the base level.
