Nice B-29 training film from 1944
« on: May 12, 2014, 12:25:23 AM »
Maybe this has been shared or maybe a few have seen this before but thought I would share this with the community. I sold a roof today to someone who's father was a flight engineer on 29's in WWII and Korea. After our appointment as I always do I asked him to send me a friend request on FB. What I got after I accepted it was quite the treat. This video pretty much explains everything a pilot can expect to do on a B-29 prior to take off, while in flight, and after the plane has landed. Just tickled me to death that he shared this as the 29 is my favorite bomber and I fly it frequently in the game.

Zeno recently posted more film updates in the O'club forum. It's a great site.

 Outstanding.
 Thank you for posting.
This type of stuff is almost lost today...imagine the personal accounts lost from WW1..or even the Civil War..
 Again. thanks.
